Venezuelan president’s Caracas padel crackdown
An intriguing story coming out of Venezuela – the president is reportedly blocking the construction of new courts in the capital Caracas to preserve its green spaces.
This is according to news24.com, which reports the city has gone from some 30 padel courts to more than 100 in a year and court time is so prized it’s being traded for a profit on WhatsApp groups.
